Medicare: If you are a Medicare Part B beneficiary we will file a claim on your behalf. You do not have to pay anything upfront for covered services. If Medicare determines that the service provided was covered they will pay 80% of the allowed amount to us, minus any unpaid deductible. You or your secondary insurance company are responsible for the balance.
